SILRES®BS CREME C is a unique dipping agent because of its thixotropy. It has excellent impregnation capacity for high quality concrete and reinforced concrete. Unlike traditional liquid products, SILRES®BS CREME C requires only one coat (up to two coats) of the desired thickness. The active ingredients of silane permeate the substrate within 30 minutes to several hours. 30 minutes to several hours depending on the porosity and quality of the concrete. When it reacts with the substrate, it releases ethanol and transforms into a polymerized silicone resin. A milky layer will initially form, but then disappear completely. And then it disappears completely. Because the active ingredient is the same as the traditional liquid impregnation agent. Impregnation with SILRES® BS CREME C will not cause clogging. BS CREME C does not clog pores or affect its ability to breathe.
