Product Description
Xystone®AC-100 is a low alkali, chloride free liquid set accelerator for concrete and mortar
which promotes early strength development without negatively influencing final strengths.
AC-100 meets the requirement of GB 8076, GB 18588 and JC 475.
Features And Benefits
AC-100 does not contain chlorides or any other ingredients which promote the corrosion of
steel. It is therefore suitable for use in reinforced and prestressed concrete structures.
AC-100 provides the following advantages through accelerated set and hardening of the
concrete:
⚫ When applied with a HRWR/Superplasticiser, AC-100 will have minimal effect on the
fresh concrete properties;
⚫ Faster turnaround of formwork in precast applications;
⚫ Reduced or eliminated heat or steam curing;
⚫ Continuous concreting at low temperatures;
⚫ No negative effects on the final strengths.
Fields Of Application
AC-100 is especially suitable for any application where fast early set and strength
development plays a major role, or is of crucial importance within 6 to 24 hours. Typical
applications include:
⚫ Precast concrete / Prestressed concrete;
⚫ Making concrete in cold ambient temperatures;
⚫ Speeding up construction schedule.

Recommended Dosage: 0.5–3.0 % by weight of cement
