Rhodoline FT-100
Freeze-thaw stabilizer for low/zero VOC waterborne coatings
Product introduction
Rhodoline®FT-100 improves the freeze-thaw stability of emulsions with low Tg levels, as well as the freeze-thaw stability of emulsions based on these low Tg levels. At the same time can also improve the gloss of these coatings, pigment dispersion and stain resistance. Rhodoline®FT-100 is APEO free and solvent-free.

application
Rhodoline®FT-100 significantly improves the freeze-thaw stability of low Tg emulsions and low/zero VOC waterborne coatings. It can be applied to low light to high light waterborne coatings.
Content:
Emulsion system: can be later added to the emulsion, 2~6% emulsion weight.
Coating system: 0.4~1.2% of coating system formula.
The freezing-thawing stability of the system can be significantly improved in the following systems
1 pure propyl system 2 propyl vinegar system
3 styrene-propylene system 4 vinyl acetate - vinyl system
