SILRES® BS 45 can be used as a primary binder for silicone latex paints and textured paints, or for modifying latex paints. If formulated according to the appropriate formula, the coating made from it has the characteristics of high air permeability, low water absorption, not easy to stain, mineral appearance and long life.
